Zeus in Yankee Stadium.

Yankee Stadium was a stadium located in the South Bronx in New York City. It was the home ballpark of the New York Yankees, one of the city's Major League Baseball (MLB) team franchises, from 1923 to 1973 and from 1976 to 2008. Yankee Stadium closed following the 2008 baseball season when the building of the new Yankee Stadium was completed, and it was demolished in 2010. It was used briefly in Die Hard with a Vengeance.

Die Hard with a Vengeance[]

John McClane and Zeus Carver got some tickets to a home team dugout at the stadium that was in the envelope in the fountain at Tompkins Square Park that the terrorist Simon Gruber is leading them to. Later at New York City Water Tunnel No. 3, McClane tells Zeus to go to Yankee Stadium while he goes down to the tunnels. As Zeus heads for the dugout area, two of Simon's men were there ready to take out McClane and Zeus. But they only see Zeus when he arrived. When the sniper asked his comrade if they can take him out, the spotter, Mischa tells him not to shoot since Zeus arrived. Zeus sees a portable handheld baseball game and looks underneath it. The message written by typewriter and taped said "Game Over". As the message spooked Zeus, he left the stadium. The sniper asked if he can take out, Mischa tells him not to shoot, saying they'll follow him and will get both Zeus and McClane later on.
